Envision Sports Media, located in Bradenton, Florida, works closely with youth, prep, collegiate, professional and private sports organizations in providing quality written and photographic material that can be used to directly market and raise awareness of a respective team or sport.
Writing
In terms of writing, we bring nearly seven years of experience working with high-traffic Internet-based sports sites on a variety of subjects, including collegiate and pro football, collegiate basketball and wide array of other NCAA-sponsored athletics.
Photography
Our primary focus, however, lies in sports photography, where, over three years, we’ve worked with names both familiar – Boston College, Central Michigan, Florida State, Ohio State, UCLA, University of Florida, University of South Florida and USC – and lesser known – LaGrange College, North Central College and Wagner College – capturing almost every sport imaginable – baseball, basketball, football, golf, socccer, softball, tennis and volleyball.
In providing photography, we provide clients with the following services:
- Pricing structures personalized to the budgetary limitations of each respective client
- Photography of pre-game warm-ups, main event and post-event activities (press conferences, etc.) all included in one fee
- Travel expenses to /from events contracted are paid for by Envision Sports Media, not client
- Delivery of 15-20 images, fully cropped and processed, same day as event photographed for purposes of recap / gallery
- Delivery of all remaining images with 72-96 hours via preferred method, including our own private FTP server
- Contact information provided to client for communication with photographer before, during and after an event (email / text / phone)
- Client retains license to all images provided through contract*
* Envision Sports Media does request that images be allowed to be displayed on our own website (copyright protected) as part of our portfolio

That being the case, we pride ourselves on working with individual client representatives to identify a pricing structure that allows Envision Sports Media to provide its services without threatening limited financial resources.
